We seek out the freshest, seasonal ingredients, superior quality meats, poultry, and seafood, dairy products, and other specialty foods. We work directly with local growers, suppliers, and culinary artisans. From our neighbors Bracco Farms, Sweetman’s Farm, Noble Coffee, and Jeff Stark, Apiary, to Hudson Valley’s Finding Home Farms, Hudson Valley Cattle Company, Nat Kagan Meat & Seafood, and La Belle Farms, the use of regional, seasonal ingredients is our top priority.
